Markets are reacting sharply to renewed tensions in the Middle East following Israel’s targeted strikes on Iran’s military infrastructure. With global risk sentiment deteriorating, we’re seeing accelerated moves across crypto and equities.
Iran’s vow for retaliation has reignited fears of a regional war. While the U.S. supports Israel’s defense, it seeks to avoid direct confrontation as it still eyes a nuclear deal with Iran. These developments spooked risk assets, causing sharp drawdowns across crypto majors and stocks.
However, history shows that such geopolitical shocks often result in short-lived market declines (S&P selloffs typically recover in 3–4 weeks). Therefore, instead of chasing panic, we’re patiently tracking price action at major support zones to position for rebounds.
